<p>Responsibilities :- </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Reading and understanding the technical and commercial requirements of Tender/Enquiries</li> <li>Preparing Tender / Enquiry Synopsis</li> <li>Creating / Registering enquiries in SAP</li> <li>Co-ordinating with Design, Costing, Quality Teams for timely preparation of Bids / Quotations</li> <li>Timely offer submission to customers</li> <li>Interaction with Customer for technical queries etc.</li> <li>Post Order activities – Drawing/QAP approval from customer, advising Manufacturing Clearance to factory, co-ordination with factory for timely dispatches, issuing Dispatch Instruction to factory etc. </li> </ul> <p><br>Qualification : BE/ BTech</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Technical skills :</li> <li>Understanding of Tendering Process</li> <li>SAP Proficiency</li> <li>Technical Documentation</li> </ul> <p><br>Functional skills :</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bid Management</li> <li>Efficient collaboration with Design, Costing, Quality, and Factory teams.\</li> <li>Handling technical discussions, clarifications, and order-related coordination.</li> <li>Maintaining clear records of correspondence, approvals, and instructions.</li> </ul> <p>Behavioral skills :</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Clear and good communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work in a multitasking environment &amp; should be able to independently handle projects.</li> <li>Taking responsibility for end-to-end enquiry/order handling.</li> </ul>
