Engineer - Maintenance (Vadodara, GJ, IN, 391520) @ RPG Enterprises Ltd.

<p><strong>Responsibilities -</strong></p> <p>• Independently handling critical machine breakdowns in Cable plant</p> <p>• Plan and execute preventive maintenance of machines as well as utilities.</p> <p>• Analyze breakdowns and implement action plans to eliminate them.</p> <p>• Execute Improvement &amp; Capex projects.</p> <p>• Provide technical guidance &amp; training to the team</p> <p>• Achievement of departmental KPIs. (PM adherence, MTBF, MTTR, Power saving, Spares cost management, safety)</p> <p>• Maintain Maintenance related data in SAP &amp; IMS documentation</p> <p>• Manpower management in the respective shift.</p> <p>• Reduction in cost related to repairs.</p> <p><strong>Qualification - </strong>BE / Btech</p> <p><strong>Technical:</strong></p> <p>• Hands on experience on VFD’s of SIEMENS, Yasakawa, Schneider, Parker, Delta and Kirloskar drives of AC and DC</p> <p>• Operational Knowledge of cable machinery</p> <p><strong>Functional:</strong></p> <p>• Knowledge of PLC Ladder</p> <p>• Operational Knowledge of cable machinery</p> <p><strong>Behavioral:</strong></p> <p>• Analytical Skills &amp; Problem-Solving Skill</p> <p>• Team Player</p>
