<p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Responsibilities -</strong></span></p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline">SAP & Sales Coordination</span></p> <p>• Manage SAP Invoicing and other activities within the Sales Module.</p> <p>• Support sales operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of dispatch and billing activities.</p> <p>• Preferably from a cable or related manufacturing background.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline">Cross-Functional Coordination</span></p> <p>• Liaise effectively with various internal and external teams for FG Yard-related activities, including:</p> <p>• Sales and Sales Commercial teams</p> <p>• Transporters and Logistics partners</p> <p>• Factory teams such as Production, Planning, QC, and HT-Admin (as required)</p> <p>• End clients and site/project teams</p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline">FG Yard Management</span></p> <p>• Oversee FG (Finished Goods) inventory and ensure systematic storage and movement of materials.</p> <p>• Coordinate with packing and loading contractors for daily operations.</p> <p>• Manage handover and takeover processes with the QC team across plants.</p> <p>• Ensure effective utilization of MHE (Material Handling Equipment).</p> <p>• Prepare and maintain dispatch MIS reports.</p> <p>• Conduct safety (EHS) training for contractual workforce and monitor compliance.</p> <p>• Arrange and maintain FG drums in the yard as per dispatch planning.</p> <p>• Supervise packing, loading, and ensure adherence to basic discipline and safety norms.</p> <p>• Represent the FG Yard during client audits.</p> <p>• Ensure timely vehicle loading with all safety measures in place.</p> <p>• Maintain adequate inventory of packing materials required for dispatch.</p> <p>• Arrange and verify shipping marks prior to dispatch.</p> <p>• Capture and archive photographs of 100% loaded vehicles for future reference and record-keeping.\</p> <p><strong>Qualification : Any Graduate</strong></p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Technical:</strong></span></p> <p>• Expertise in SAP Invoicing process (billing, dispatch, delivery note generation, etc.)</p> <p>• Knowledge of sales order processing, delivery scheduling, material movement, and stock reconciliation</p> <p>• Understanding of FG inventory movement transactions (MM-SD integration)</p> <p>• Knowledge of dispatch planning systems / TMS (Transport Management System)</p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Functional:</strong></span></p> <p>• Coordination for packing, loading, and dispatch activities</p> <p>• Supervising contractual labor and packing contractors</p> <p>• Ensuring timely shipment with compliance to safety standards</p> <p>• Preparation of Dispatch MIS reports</p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Behavioral:</strong></span></p> <p>• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing business needs</p> <p>• Good communication skills, Team player</p> <p>• Works effectively with cross-functional teams</p>
