<p>Position Overview</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled and result-oriented Civil Engineer – Execution to manage and supervise on-site construction activities for high-rise residential and/or industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, adherence to project timelines, safety compliance, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities<br>Execute and supervise civil construction activities at project sites.<br>Monitor day-to-day site work including RCC, finishing, structural, and infrastructure activities.<br>Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.<br>Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and subcontractors.<br>Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout construction.<br>Review BOQs, material requirements, and work progress reports.<br>Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and construction materials.<br>Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly execution reports.<br>Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.<br>Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.<br>Verify contractor bills and work measurements as per project progress.<br>Maintain project documentation, DPRs, checklists, and QA/QC records.<br>Required Skills & Competencies<br>Strong knowledge of high-rise building construction methodologies.<br>Experience in RCC framework, finishing works, industrial structures, and site coordination.<br>Understanding of construction drawings, bar bending schedules, and execution planning.<br>Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and site safety standards.<br>Ability to manage multiple agencies and subcontractors effectively.<br>Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.<br>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and project reporting tools.<br>Qualification<br>B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.<br>Additional certifications in construction management or safety will be an added advantage.<br>Preferred Experience<br>4–9 years of relevant experience in execution of high-rise residential and/or industrial construction projects.<br>Experience working with reputed real estate developers, EPC companies, or construction firms preferred.</p>
