<p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Civil Engineer - Execution with experience in high-rise residential and/or industrial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for on-site execution, monitoring construction activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, coordinating with contractors, and achieving project timelines.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities<br>Execute and supervise civil construction activities at project sites.<br>Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.<br>Manage execution of RCC, finishing, structural, masonry, and industrial civil works.<br>Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP teams, subcontractors, and vendors.<br>Monitor daily site progress and prepare DPRs (Daily Progress Reports).<br>Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at site.<br>Conduct quantity checks, material reconciliation, and work measurements.<br>Verify bar bending schedules (BBS), shuttering, concreting, and finishing works.<br>Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.<br>Ensure timely availability of manpower, materials, and machinery.<br>Participate in project planning and milestone tracking.<br>Maintain documentation related to execution, inspections, and billing support.<br>Ensure compliance with statutory and company safety guidelines.<br>Required Skills & Competencies<br>Strong knowledge of RCC and high-rise building execution.<br>Experience in industrial structures, warehouses, factories, or residential towers.<br>Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.<br>Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and safety practices.<br>Ability to handle contractors and site workforce efficiently.<br>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.<br>Familiarity with bar bending schedules, estimation, and billing coordination.<br>Strong communication and team coordination skills.<br>Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple activities.<br>Educational Qualification<br>B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering<br>(Diploma candidates with strong execution experience may also be considered.)<br>Preferred Experience<br>Experience in high-rise residential projects (G+15 and above) and/or industrial construction projects.<br>Exposure to reputed real estate developers, EPC companies, or infrastructure firms.<br>Experience in handling finishing activities and structural execution independently.</p>
