<p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Senior Associate – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles within the construction sector. The role requires expertise in sourcing niche talent (e.g., project managers, site engineers, QS, safety professionals) and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors for recruitment lifecycle management.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities<br>•Manage full-cycle recruitment: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding <br>•Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements for ongoing and upcoming construction projects <br>•Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and industry networks <br>•Build talent pipelines for critical roles such as civil engineers, MEP specialists, project planners, and site supervisors <br>•Utilize SAP SuccessFactors for: <br>oJob requisition creation and approvals <br>oCandidate tracking and workflow management <br>oInterview scheduling and feedback tracking <br>oOffer management and onboarding coordination <br>•Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT and budget <br>•Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical interviews <br>•Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards <br>•Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards <br>•Support employer branding initiatives specific to the construction industry <br>•Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance ratio </p> <p>Key Requirements<br>•MBA in Human Resources or related field (mandatory) <br>•4–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in construction, EPC, or infrastructure sectors <br>•Hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment/Onboarding modules preferred) <br>•Strong understanding of construction roles and project-based hiring <br>•Experience in bulk hiring and niche/critical role hiring <br>•Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) and sourcing techniques <br>•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills <br>•Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment </p> <p>Preferred Skills<br>•Experience hiring for large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects <br>•Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance in India <br>•Strong data tracking and reporting skills within SAP SuccessFactors <br>•Experience with campus hiring and vendor management </p> <p>Key Competencies<br>•Stakeholder Management <br>•Negotiation Skills <br>•Analytical Thinking <br>•Time Management <br>•Problem-Solving <br>•Adaptability</p>
