<p>Position Summary:<br>We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Digital Transformation Lead to drive our digital initiatives across the organization. This role combines strategic thinking with execution—leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack and AI-driven applications to address complex business challenges in the EPC domain. The ideal candidate is a techno-functional leader with a passion for innovation, strong technical expertise, and a proven track record of leading high-performing development teams.<br>Key Activities & Responsibilities:<br>•<br>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-stack and AI developers.<br>•<br>Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify pain points and implement digital solutions aligned with business goals.<br>•<br>Design and develop web applications using Flutter, Angular, jQuery, and .NET technologies.<br>•<br>Architect backend systems and APIs using .NET and PostgreSQL/MSSQL.<br>•<br>Design and deploy AI / GenAI-based tools using Python, LangChain, and relevant APIs.<br>•<br>Build data pipelines for ETL processes using Python, SSIS and Apache Airflow.<br>•<br>Integrate enterprise systems such as SAP, Primavera, SharePoint, and service desks (e.g., Freshdesk).<br>•<br>Implement containerized solutions using Docker and oversee CI/CD pipelines.<br>•<br>Enable self-service BI/reporting for business users using Metabase or similar tools.<br>•<br>Ensure system scalability, performance tuning, and robust documentation.<br>Technical Skills Required:<br>Frontend:<br>•<br>Flutter, Angular (2+), jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap<br>Backend:<br>•<br>.NET / ASP.NET MVC, C#, RESTful APIs<br>Databases:<br>•<br>PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, basic understanding of NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB)<br>AI & Automation:<br>•<br>Python, LangChain, OpenAI, OCR tools (Tesseract, Google Vision, etc.)<br>ETL & Workflow Orchestration:<br>•<br>Python scripting, SSIS, Apache Airflow for data workflows<br>Page 3 of 3<br>Reporting & BI:<br>•<br>Metabase (preferred), SSRS Power BI or equivalent tools<br>DevOps:<br>•<br>Git, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Docker containerization<br>Others:<br>•<br>Familiar with RPA concepts and tools<br>Soft Skills:<br>•<br>Strong leadership and team management<br>•<br>Ability to align technical solutions with business strategy<br>•<br>Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration<br>•<br>Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects<br>Qualifications:<br>•<br>Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<br>•<br>8–10 years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity<br>•<br>Prior experience in EPC, Engineering, or Construction domain is a strong plus</p>
