The role ensures compliance with legal standards and promotes a culture of safety and sustainability.</p> <h3>EHS Implementation</h3> <ul> <li>Implement EHS policies across project locations.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with statutory EHS regulations.</li> <li>Monitor adherence to company safety standards and procedures.</li> <li>Support project teams in maintaining safe work practices.</li> </ul> <h3>Safety Audits & Risk Assessment</h3> <ul> <li>Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments.</li> <li>Identify hazards and unsafe conditions at sites.</li> <li>Recommend corrective and preventive actions.</li> <li>Track closure of audit observations and compliance actions.</li> </ul> <h3>Training & Awareness</h3> <ul> <li>Organize safety drills, induction programs, and toolbox talks.</li> <li>Promote employee awareness through EHS campaigns.</li> <li>Conduct safety training for employees and contractors.</li> <li>Maintain records of training and participation.</li> </ul> <h3>Incident Management</h3> <ul> <li>Investigate incidents and near-misses.</li> <li>Conduct root cause analysis and prepare reports.</li> <li>Maintain incident records and documentation.</li> <li>Implement lessons learned and preventive measures.</li> </ul> <h3>Stakeholder Coordination</h3> <ul> <li>Liaise with government agencies, contractors, and internal departments on EHS matters.</li> <li>Coordinate statutory inspections and compliance activities.</li> <li>Support management in EHS reporting and communication.</li> <li>Facilitate implementation of EHS improvement initiatives.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>JOB SPECIFICATIONS</h2> <p><strong>Years of Experience:</strong> 8 to 10 Years</p> <p><strong>Educational Qualification:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety and Environment.</li> </ul>
