<p style="margin:0.0cm 6.75pt 6.0pt 0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><strong><u>JOB DESCRIPTION</u></strong> </p> <ol style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:6.0pt"> <li style="margin:0.0cm -0.9pt 6.0pt 0.0px;text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Job role: Instrumental analysis-GC.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0cm 2.0pt 0.0px;text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Observation of Good Laboratory Practices as laid down in Quality Control Standard Operating procedures.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt 0.0cm 2.0pt 0.0px;text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Sampling and analysis of In-process samples, Intermediates, Hold time samples, Process validation samples, Cleaning validation samples, Rinse samples, swab samples, Raw materials, particle size analysis and finished products for testing of wet analysis as well as GC.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt -0.9pt 2.0pt 0.0px;text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Analysis for qualification of GC standards and impurity standards as per requirement.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt -0.9pt 2.0pt 0.0px;text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Calibration of instruments as per calibration schedule.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt -0.9pt 2.0pt 0.0px;text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Preventive maintenance of analytical instruments.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt -0.9pt 2.0pt 0.0px;text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Maintenance of HPLC / GC columns.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt -0.9pt 2.0pt 0.0px;text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Monitoring of stock of adequate glassware, chemicals, instruments, reference standard and volumetric standards. In case of insufficient stock to raise requisition of the same to avoid delay of testing.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt -0.9pt 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">In absence, all above assignments will be handed over to Executive / Sr. Executive/ Designee.</li> <li style="margin:2.0pt -0.9pt 2.0pt 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Any other assignment allocated by Department Head as per imparted completed training.</li> </ol>
