<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Execution Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site construction activities for high-rise residential projects. The role ensures work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities<br>Project Execution<br>Supervise day-to-day construction activities for high-rise residential buildings.<br>Ensure execution of structural, finishing, and allied works as per approved drawings and specifications.<br>Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.<br>Monitor project progress against construction schedules and identify potential delays.<br>Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and equipment at site.<br>Quality Control<br>Ensure compliance with project quality standards and approved methodologies.<br>Conduct inspections of reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.<br>Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and closure of observations.<br>Maintain records of quality checks and site inspections.<br>Site Coordination<br>Review drawings and identify discrepancies before execution.<br>Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and interior teams.<br>Resolve site-related technical issues in consultation with design and project teams.<br>Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports.<br>Safety Compliance<br>Ensure adherence to site safety procedures and statutory requirements.<br>Conduct toolbox talks and monitor safe working practices.<br>Report unsafe conditions and coordinate corrective actions.<br>Planning & Monitoring<br>Track daily work progress and productivity.<br>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.<br>Assist in resource planning and project scheduling.<br>Support billing measurements and contractor certifications.<br>Documentation<br>Maintain site records, work permits, inspection reports, and progress documentation.<br>Prepare quantity measurements and reconciliation reports.<br>Ensure proper documentation of changes, RFIs, and site instructions.<br>Required Qualifications<br>Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.<br>3–10 years of experience in execution of high-rise residential construction projects.<br>Experience in RCC frame structures, finishing works, and coordination with MEP services.<br>Required Skills<br>Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.<br>Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.<br>Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.<br>Familiarity with construction quality standards and safety regulations.<br>Proficiency in:<br>AutoCAD<br>MS Excel<br>MS Project / Primavera (preferred)<br>Quantity estimation and measurement<br>Key Competencies<br>Site management<br>Problem-solving<br>Team coordination<br>Time management<br>Communication skills<br>Attention to detail<br>Preferred Experience<br>High-rise residential towers (20+ floors).<br>Experience with reputed real estate developers or EPC contractors.<br>Exposure to project handover and finishing stages.</p> <p>KPIs:</p> <p>Achievement of project milestones.<br>Quality compliance and reduced rework.<br>Safety performance.<br>Productivity and resource utilization.<br>Timely closure of technical and site issues.</p>
