<h2>Job Summary</h2> <p>The Execution Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all site execution activities related to high-rise residential projects using Mivan construction technology. The role requires ensuring timely completion of structural works while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <h3>Project Execution</h3> <ul> <li>Execute and monitor day-to-day construction activities as per approved drawings and project schedules.</li> <li>Supervise Mivan formwork installation, alignment, leveling, and dismantling activities.</li> <li>Ensure smooth execution of RCC works, including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and curing.</li> <li>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for seamless project execution.</li> <li>Monitor construction progress and ensure achievement of project milestones.</li> </ul> <h3>Mivan Formwork Management</h3> <ul> <li>Plan and manage Mivan cycle activities to achieve targeted floor cycle times.</li> <li>Inspect Mivan panels for quality, alignment, and proper assembly.</li> <li>Ensure proper maintenance, handling, and inventory control of Mivan materials.</li> <li>Identify and resolve execution issues related to Mivan technology.</li> </ul> <h3>Quality Control</h3> <ul> <li>Ensure execution work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.</li> <li>Conduct inspections before concreting and coordinate with QA/QC teams.</li> <li>Monitor dimensional accuracy, plumb, line, and level checks.</li> <li>Implement corrective actions for quality deviations.</li> </ul> <h3>Safety Management</h3> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with site safety policies and procedures.</li> <li>Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for work crews.</li> <li>Monitor safe working practices during formwork erection, concreting, and lifting operations.</li> <li>Coordinate with EHS teams to maintain a safe work environment.</li> </ul> <h3>Resource & Material Management</h3> <ul> <li>Plan manpower deployment and monitor productivity.</li> <li>Coordinate material requirements with procurement and store departments.</li> <li>Track consumption of concrete, steel, and formwork materials.</li> <li>Minimize wastage and optimize resource utilization.</li> </ul> <h3>Documentation & Reporting</h3> <ul> <li>Maintain daily progress reports and site records.</li> <li>Prepare work progress updates and productivity reports.</li> <li>Coordinate for measurement and billing activities.</li> <li>Assist in preparing look-ahead schedules and execution plans.</li> </ul> <h2>Required Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.</li> <li>5–8 years of experience in execution of high-rise residential projects.</li> <li>Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Mivan formwork construction.</li> <li>Strong understanding of RCC construction methodology and finishing activities.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.</li> </ul> <h2>Technical Skills</h2> <ul> <li>Expertise in Mivan formwork systems and cycle planning.</li> <li>Knowledge of RCC works, reinforcement detailing, and concrete technology.</li> <li>Familiarity with construction quality standards and safety regulations.</li> <li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and project reporting tools.</li> <li>Understanding of project scheduling and resource planning.</li> </ul> <h2>Desired Competencies</h2> <ul> <li>Leadership and team management skills.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li> <li>Effective communication and coordination skills.</li> <li>Ability to work under tight project schedules.</li> <li>Result-oriented and quality-focused approach</li> </ul>
