The role is responsible for ensuring timely adherence to all legal requirements and internal compliance standards, while minimizing audit non-conformities.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Monitor contractor compliance through regular audits, verification, and documentation checks.</li> <li>Ensure all statutory compliances related to factory licensing, labor laws, and contractor management are adhered to.</li> <li>Maintain and update compliance dashboards, trackers, and statutory registers.</li> <li>Ensure timely submission and closure of compliance requirements such as PF, Gratuity, Bonus, and RC renewals.</li> <li>Conduct periodic compliance audits and ensure closure of audit observations within defined timelines.</li> <li>Verify and maintain updated contractor records, including P-files and statutory registers.</li> <li>Manage all compliance-related correspondence with internal stakeholders and external agencies.</li> <li>Ensure vendor and contractor audits are completed without major non-conformities (NCs).</li> <li>Prepare and monitor annual compliance calendars and track adherence.</li> <li>Generate and present compliance reports, dashboards, and audit summaries to management.</li> <li>Follow up regularly with contractors on monthly compliance submissions and corrective actions.</li> <li>Draft and submit compliance-related communications, notices, and letters.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Skills & Competencies:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>In-depth knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and regulatory frameworks.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</li> <li>Good communication and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>High attention to detail and accuracy in compliance tracking.</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Excel, dashboards, and compliance tracking tools.</li> <li>Audit handling and follow-up capability.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualification & Experience:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Law, or related field. / MSW/ MBA with labour law, diploma or degree</li> <li>1–5 years of experience in compliance, labor laws, or statutory management.</li> <li>Experience in manufacturing or plant environment preferred.</li> <li>Familiarity with PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Performance Indicators (KPIs):</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>100% statutory compliance adherence.</li> <li>Timely closure of audit observations.</li> <li>Zero or minimal major non-conformities in audits.</li> <li>Accuracy and completeness of compliance documentation.</li> <li>Timely contractor compliance submissions.</li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Competencies</H2> </div><div><div>Adapting to Change</div><div>Communicating Effectively</div><div>Compliance Management</div><div>Negotiating Agreements</div><div>Thinking Broadly</div></div></div></div>
