Drive monitoring and improvement of process quality and enhance customer satisfaction. </p> <p>KPAs: <br>- Improve in-process quality <br>- Reduce rejection and rework <br>- Resolve customer complaints <br>- Reduce cost of poor quality <br>- Ensure audits and improvement projects </p> <p>Responsibilities: </p> <p>Strategic: <br>- Guide shift quality teams <br>- Support plant quality strategy </p> <p>Plant Quality: <br>- Plan and monitor inspections and control plans <br>- Conduct audits and review parameters <br>- Drive corrective actions and improvement <br>- Handle rejections, rework, discrepancies <br>- Coordinate with production, design, vendors <br>- Support calibration and quality cost tracking </p> <p>Customer & OEM: <br>- Manage OEM interface and complaints <br>- Conduct analysis and ensure corrective actions <br>- Participate in customer discussions <br>- Build customer confidence </p> <p>MIS & Compliance: <br>- Update SAP and prepare reports <br>- Track quality metrics <br>- Maintain IATF, ISO, BIS documentation </p> <p>Digital: <br>- Use Power BI, Tableau, SAP <br>- Drive dashboards, automation, digital initiatives </p> <p>OEM/PPAP & MR: <br>- Manage PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA <br>- Handle customer audits and scorecards <br>- Act as MR for QMS and certifications </p> <p>PDI & Audit: <br>- Ensure PDI effectiveness <br>- Reduce rejections <br>- Conduct product audits </p> <p>Education/Experience: <br>B.E./B.Tech with quality certifications; 15+ years experience </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Competencies</H2> </div><div><div>Driving Continuous Improvement</div><div>Building & Supporting Teams</div><div>Developing Plans</div><div>Critical Thinking</div><div>Managing Resources</div><div>Communicating Effectively</div><div>Solving Complex Problems</div></div></div></div>
