Drive monitoring and improvement of process quality.</p> <p>KPAs: Improve in-process quality, reduce rejection and rework, resolve customer complaints, reduce cost of poor quality, ensure audits and improvement projects.</p> <p>Responsibilities:<br>- Guide shift quality teams and support strategy<br>- Plan and monitor inspections and control plans<br>- Conduct audits and review process parameters<br>- Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement<br>- Handle rejections, rework, and discrepancies<br>- Coordinate with production, design, materials, vendors<br>- Manage customer complaints and analysis<br>- Update SAP and prepare quality reports<br>- Maintain ISO/IATF/BIS documentation<br>- Use digital tools for monitoring and reporting</p> <p>Education/Experience: B.E./B.Tech; 15–20 years</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Competencies</H2> </div><div><div>Driving for Results</div><div>Driving Continuous Improvement</div><div>Building & Supporting Teams</div><div>Managing Resources</div><div>Critical Thinking</div><div>Leading Change</div><div>Communicating Effectively</div></div></div></div>
