Manage all aspects of the shift through collaborative working with the other Managers for delivering, and where possible, exceeding, the KPIs within operation. Strive <span>to</span> continually improve using Lean <span>to</span>ols <span>to</span> reduce costs, improve <span>production</span> and quality.
