Adhere to departmental standardization and help in developing it further with sole aim to reduce time and errors.<br> 3. should be able to do stress / strength & other mechanical calculations for transformer core frames and tanks. <br> 4. study and understand Customer specifications<br> Divisions/ Departments OUTSIDE the Function<br> Should be able to co-ordinate with other departments to ensure departmental KPIs are met and maintaining required database. Handling shop floor issues and providing effective solution <br> External Interface<br> Should be able to connect with Customers & vendors for fast execution of orders & projects. </p> <p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<br> • Education: B.E. Mecanical<br> • Relevant Experience: 12-15 Years</p> <p>KNOWLEDGE<br> •Should have through knowledge of Oil filled transformers & it's accessories.<br> •Should have knoledeg of mechanical calculations required for transformer core frames and tanks.<br> •Through knowledge of internal connections of power transformers & special transformers.<br> •Should have knowledge of documentation in line with ISO process,OPLs & Kaizens.<br> •Should have knowledge of relevant IS,IEC Standards.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Competencies</H2> </div><div><div>Analytical Mindset</div><div>Controlling Costs</div><div>Critical Thinking</div><div>Delivery Focussed</div><div>Material Management</div></div></div></div>
