Competency to design upto 60MVA/132kV .</li> <li>Able to calculate weight, volume and stress / strength & other mechanical calculations for transformer core frames and tanks.</li> <li>Knowledge of Automation for developing programme.</li> <li>Able to perform 3D modelling with excel linkup, VBA Macros & drawing capabilities to reduce overall cycle time of drawings.</li> <li>Capable of checking drawings prepared by Team members.</li> <li>Adhere to departmental standardization and developing it further with sole aim to reduce time and errors.</li> <li>Able prepare BOMs, & related documentation in line with System requirement.</li> <li>Needs to develop automation process in modelling and drawing generation.</li> <li>Ensuring departmental KPIs and maintaining required database.</li> <li>Support to continual improvement programme by analysing and taking corrective actions on NCRs & customer complaints.</li> <li>Sound Knowledge of transformer equipment’s & accessories.</li> <li>Adherence to timelines to meet business goals.</li> <li>Resolution of Customer complaint with RCA and CAPA alongwith horizontal deployment.</li> <li>Techno commercial knowledge will have added advantage.</li> <li>Understanding of National / International standards related to transformers.</li> <li>Well versatile with ISO processes and documentation.</li> <li>Experience in new product development & validation</li> <li>Reverse engineering to support service and repair segment.</li> <li>Technical discussion with suppliers and support in developing new materials and suppliers.</li> <li>Ensuring departmental KPIs and maintaining required database</li> <li>Focus on standardisation & optimisation.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Competencies</H2> </div><div><div>Design and Creation of Policies</div><div>Instructional Design</div><div>Process and Control Design</div><div>Program Design</div><div>Solving Complex Problems</div><div>Adapting to Change</div><div>Decision Making</div></div></div></div>
