Along with the rest of the Plant Leadership Team the Operations Manager is critical in supporting the PGM in the effective plant management, ensuring a drive for excellence approach. The role is vital to the sites safety culture, compliance with company/plant policies & procedures and focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
