You will work in close partnership with plant leadership teams, department managers, and shopfloor teams across multiple European countries, acting as a<strong> </strong><strong>hands-on coach and structured change agent</strong>. </p> </div> <div> <p>This role offers a rare opportunity to <strong>drive a large-scale Lean transformation across a complex, multisite European manufacturing network</strong>, working at the intersection of strategy and shopfloor execution. You will influence how 10–15 plants operate every day, collaborate with diverse leadership teams across countries and cultures, and <strong>play a decisive role in rolling out a common manufacturing system that will shape operational standards</strong><strong> </strong>across the Rigid Packaging division. </p> </div> <div> <p> </p> </div> <div> <h3><strong>PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></h3> </div> <div> <p><strong>Deploy the new group manufacturing system (Level 2) across 10 to 15 sites:</strong></p> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Lead preparation, deployment, and stabilization activities across the plants </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Ensure consistency and sustainability of the new manufacturing system practices across plants. <br><br></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <p><strong>Train and coach teams at all levels of the organization: </strong></p> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Teach Lean and manufacturing system tools to plant leadership, department managers, and shopfloor teams, </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Act as a hands-on coach to reinforce structured problem-solving, standard work, and daily management routines. <br><br></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <p><strong>Drive change and adoption of continuous improvement ways of working:</strong></p> </div> </div> <div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Support sites with low CI maturity and guide teams through behavioral and operational change, </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Address resistance to change through structured engagement and pragmatic change management. </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <p> <br><strong>Enable alignment and knowledge sharing across the plant network:</strong></p> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Capture and share best practices, lessons learned, and standards across sites, </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Provide clear progress updates to Quality, CI, and Operations stakeholders. </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <p> </p> </div> <div> <h3><strong>REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS </strong></h3> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><strong>Engineering degree</strong> or equivalent operational experience, </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Strong hands-on experience in <strong>Lean and Continuous Improvement</strong>:<br>- Advanced knowledge of <strong>Lean tools and methodologies</strong> - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt experience strongly preferred, <br>- Solid <strong>change management capability</strong>, including experience <strong>deploying CI tools</strong> in low-maturity environments, </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Strong experience in a<strong> </strong><strong>manufacturing site production environment</strong>, with a deep understanding of shopfloor operations, </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Fluency in <strong>English</strong><strong> </strong>mandatory, </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Professional to fluent<strong> </strong><strong>French or German </strong>strongly recommended, </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Proven ability to<strong> </strong><strong>teach, coach, and influence</strong> teams from plant management to shopfloor level. </p> </li> </ul> </div> </div>
