(AFEMEA_CZ_3)</p> <p><strong>Contract Type: </strong>Permanent</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Position objective:</strong></p> <p>Planning production orders with a view to maximum efficiency, economy and order completion deadlines. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>MAIN ACTIVITIES PERFORMED BY THE EMPLOYEE IN THIS POSITION</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Responsibility for the current production plan</li> <li>Responsibility for fulfilling monthly plans and prepared sample plans</li> <li>Recording completed tasks in the Navision system</li> <li>Maintaining technical documentation in Navision</li> <li>Checking the availability of materials in the "Order Movement" plan</li> <li>Approval of material receipt with the purchasing department, checking that material receipt deadlines are met</li> <li>Coordination and control of the order approval process</li> <li>Reporting on order fulfilment</li> <li>Checking the turnover of work in progress</li> <li>Cooperation on resolving work in progress and deviations</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE AREA:</strong><br>• Cleaning the workplace and designated areas</p> <p>• Compliance with occupational safety and fire protection principles<br>• Use of PPE specified by the employer<br>• Participation in training and mandatory examinations; undergoing regular medical examinations.• Within the scope of their powers and competences, they are responsible for compliance with all defined quality requirements.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>POWERS AND INDEPENDENT DECISION-MAKING:</strong><br>• Proposing technical measures to increase work productivity and save materials and energy• Refuse to perform work which he/she reasonably believes poses an immediate and serious threat to his/her life or health, or to the life or health of others• Participate in the creation of a healthy and safe working environment</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Minimum 3 years in a similar position</li> <li>University degree in a technical field</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and SAP</li> <li>Technical and analytical thinking</li> <li>Communicative knowledge of English</li> <li>Stress resistance, quick decision-making, flexibility</li> <li>Effective communication</li> <li>Proactive approach, Team player</li> <li>Work planning and organisation</li> <li>Diligence, independence, responsibility, analytical thinking, initiative</li> </ul>
