We are a global organization focused on working together with a team spirit.</p> <p><strong>Your boarding pass will include… </strong></p> <p>Several conferences, including:</p> <ul> <li>Meet An Executive</li> <li>Women Taking Flight</li> </ul> <p>Learning more about Bombardier, including:</p> <ul> <li>Bombardier Products conference </li> <li>Visits of the Bombardier sites </li> <li>Bombardier Academy of Learning </li> </ul> <p>Many social/networking opportunities, including:</p> <ul> <li>Volunteering </li> <li>Networking for Success</li> <li>5 à 7, Potluck, and much more!<br> </li> </ul><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>During your internship, you will contribute to: </b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>Adhering to our strict data governance protocols for our customer lifecycle master data</li> <li>Using 3rd party subscription databases and the internet to research and update information within our CRM application (Salesforce.com) <ul> <li>This includes companies and their hierarchies and associated contacts (e.g. telephone, address, e-mail, net worth, website, financials, industry type, ownership type, etc.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Verifying and updating customer and competitive aircraft owner, operator, and management company information</li> <li>Researching and qualifying new record entries in SFDC ensuring the integrity of the information and validating no duplicate records have been created</li> <li>Managing sales exceptions where sales territory assignments are misaligned</li> <li>Creating company and executive profiles for our senior leadership and sales teams</li> <li>Performing regular data quality checks in order to ensure data integrity and accuracy is maintained</li> <li>Meeting or exceeding the expectations of internal stakeholders by delivering quality results within the pre-determined Service Level Agreement timelines</li> <li>Managing and addressing customer requests for Customer Portal access as well as modifications to their aircraft fleet</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What we are looking for: </b></H3> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>You show initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>You can multitask and adapt to changing priorities</li> <li>You are a strong team player with good communication skills</li> <li>You are analytical, and a problem solver with strong attention to detail</li> <li>You speak and write both English and French</li> <li>Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Excel is an asset</li> </ul></div></div></div><p><br><strong>Boarding Information:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Location: Dorval Plant 3</li> <li>Duration: 8 months</li> <li>Flexible workplace-Hybrid</li> </ul> <p><em>It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates.
