About this role
<p>Sappi is presently accepting applications for a full-time Utilities Operator position at our Westbrook, Maine facility.</p> <p>Applicants Must Have:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>A stable work history, preferably in a manufacturing environment.</li> <li>A willingness to work rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays).</li> <li>Ability to work in a team environment.</li> <li>Must be able to demonstrate a strong safety history and awareness.</li> <li>Must be able to pass designated pre-employment testing</li> <li>A State of Maine High Pressure Boiler License or greater or the ability to obtain a State of Maine High Pressure Boiler License.</li> <li>Must be able to read and write in English.</li> </ul> <p>Desired Experience:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>Experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Experience operating large industrial equipment/machinery/boilers.</li> <li>Experience operating high and low pressure steam systems.</li> <li>Computer literacy.</li> <li>Fork Truck experience and/or license.</li> <li>Drivers License.</li> </ul>
