Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in consulting or equivalent advisory, focused on GBS transformation;</li> <li style="line-height:12.0pt;background-color:white;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Strong outsourcing and/or captive shared services experience required; </li> <li style="line-height:12.0pt;background-color:white;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Experience on leadership of global transformations (multi-function, multi -region);</li> <li style="line-height:12.0pt;background-color:white;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">PMI/Lean certifications are a plus;</li> <li style="line-height:12.0pt;background-color:white;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Exposure to chemicals or adjacent process industries (portfolio realignment, post-merger, integrations, site/plant network implications) a plus;</li> <li style="line-height:12.0pt;background-color:white;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Understanding and experience with transformational methodologies and process management approaches (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking etc.);</li> <li style="line-height:12.0pt;background-color:white;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Process & digital savviness (e.g. ERP transformation, process improvement via RPA & AI, interested in trends & developments);</li> <li style="line-height:12.0pt;background-color:white;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Solid understanding of all the core elements within finance/business processes and systems, solid knowledge of the interdependencies and can manage interfaces with other disciplines.
