modeling, and visualization (Advanced Excel, Power BI, analytical tools);</li> <li style="line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Deep knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and analytical methodologies applied to complex P&C processes;</li> <li style="line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Solid experience with HR systems (SAP HR) and managing group level databases;</li> <li style="line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Ability to develop advanced analytical solutions and standardized processes
