<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Your tasks</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Lead high-complexity business needs assessments across departments, teams and locations, translating them into clear functional and non-functional requirements.</li> <li>Design and document application services from project initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with operational goals.</li> <li>Collaborates closely with the Products Owner, Integrated Workflow Engineer, and Data Scientist to translate operational requirements into user stories and detailed use cases and assess impact against value proposition.</li> <li>Identify and propose enhancements to existing digital applications and workflows.</li> <li>Collaborate with IT and operations to tackle complex business requests, including custom reports / queries and process adaptations.</li> <li>Champion continuous improvement of business processes and digital services at the department and service line level.</li> <li>Contribute to strategic initiatives and projects aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and digital maturity.</li> <li>Manage requirements prioritization and support stakeholders in refining their needs.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Your profile</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Education: University degree in engineering</li> <li>Relevant professional experience: >7 years</li> <li>Strong experience in heavy industry operations and business processes\Familiarity with compliance, safety, and internal regulations</li> <li>Exposure to digital tools such as Power BI, GIS platforms, BPM and simulation software</li> <li>Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements</li> <li>Proficient in process modeling, use case design, and optimization frameworks (e.g. SWOT, user stories, MoSCoW method, etc.)</li> <li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li> <li>Proven ability to manage stakeholders across all levels and functions</li> <li>Capable of leading workshops and cross-functional alignments</li> <li>Good communication skills in English</li> </ul></div></div></div>
