Own monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles, including all controlling adjustments (accruals, provisions, allocations);Deliver: IFRS Group reporting packages in line with OMV standards; Statutory financial statements in compliance with local GAAP. Lead and manage external and internal audits, ensuring high-quality deliverables and issue resolution;</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Ensure full tax compliance across all applicable taxes (corporate income tax, VAT, WHT, etc.). Oversee accurate tax calculation, reporting, and timely payments.
