Summary: This position is responsible for the design of signal transformer products, particularly network transformers. Essential duties and responsibilities : include the following, other duties may be assigned: <ol style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;text-align:justify;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;text-indent:10.0px">Participate in project feasibility study.</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;text-align:justify;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;text-indent:10.0px">Responsible for the design of new product's electrical, structure, reliability and so on according to the design requirements and APQP procedure.</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;text-align:justify;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;text-indent:10.0px">provide technical support to the customer and production line. </li> </ol> Qualification : <ol style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="text-indent:10.0px;margin-left:0.0px">Familiar with the basic principles of electromagnetics. Familiar with electrical failure analysis and improvement methods.</li> <li style="text-indent:10.0px;margin-left:0.0px">Capable of using testing equipment such as network analyzers and impedance analyzers etc.</li> <li style="text-indent:10.0px;margin-left:0.0px">Skilled at English, office software, CAD etc.</li> <li style="text-indent:10.0px;margin-left:0.0px">Better is familiar with TS16949 Quality System and with the practical experience of implementing APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, Quality Control plan. </li> </ol> Education and /or experience Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Physics etc. LANGUAGE SKILLS Good command of English in speaking and written skills. Be able to read and interpret documents such as customer/supplier requirements. Be able to effectively present information and respond to customer/supplier inquiries. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SKILLS Be able to assess and identify potential technical risks and propose improvement suggestions for the implementation of measures. ANALYTICAL SKILLS Be able to drill down into problem areas, determine root cause and take effective action to prevent same problem. TEAM BUILDING SKILLS Be able to work efficiently with the team. REASONING ABILITY Be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
