About this role
<h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:inherit">Act as a liaison between business users and IT, ensuring optimal system design, configuration, testing, and performance.</li> <li style="list-style-type:inherit">Analyze, configure, and maintain SAP SD and related non-SAP solutions to support manufacturing and sales operations.</li> <li style="list-style-type:inherit">Conduct complex unit and integration testing across functional areas, from development to production.</li> <li style="list-style-type:inherit">Troubleshoot, upgrade, and implement functional changes to maximize system performance.</li> <li style="list-style-type:inherit">Propose and develop new software concepts aligned with corporate goals.</li> <li style="list-style-type:inherit">Evaluate, analyze, and recommend in-house and third-party solutions to meet short- and long-term business needs.</li> <li style="list-style-type:inherit">Train and support end-users in SAP Sales & Distribution modules and functionality.</li> <li style="list-style-type:inherit">Collaborate effectively with process owners, IT teams, and business stakeholders, providing clear communication, progress updates, and issue resolution.</li> <li style="list-style-type:inherit">Maintain project and issue tracking in the Service Desk / Help Desk system.</li> <li style="list-style-type:inherit">Document functional changes and create user-friendly procedures.</li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:inherit">Proven expertise in <strong>SAP SD</strong> modules and related business processes.</li> <li style="list-style-type:inherit">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li> <li style="list-style-type:inherit">Ability to translate complex technical details into clear business language.</li> <li style="list-style-type:inherit">Experience in training and supporting end-users.</li> <li style="list-style-type:inherit">A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.</li> <li style="list-style-type:inherit">Fluent English</li> </ul>
