Set in the heart of rural Oxfordshire, well connected across the UK, our open-air, pedestrianised Village is home to more than 160 boutiques, a celebrated food and drink scene, and a team that refuses to stand still.</p> <p>The <strong>Retail Team</strong> team is hiring a <strong>VM Stylist</strong></p> <p><strong>The role</strong></p> <p>As our VM Stylist, you will be responsible for the visual presentation of the village and our brand partners, delivering innovative, engaging and commercial visual campaigns.</p> <p>You will work as part of the Visual Merchandising team, reporting to the Head of Visual Merchandising.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> <em>Bicester Village – On Site</em></p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <p>A few of the key responsibilities in this role:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Collaborate with our brand partners to create visual excellence in window styling</li> <li>Create compelling and engaging in-village touchpoints to surprise and delight</li> <li>Present a creative and high standard of visual and commercial opportunities in Bicester Village.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <p>We foster a culture of winning together, and we work hard to ensure everyone is supported to succeed.
