Set among the rolling landscapes of Ireland's most celebrated thoroughbred county, just one hour from Dublin, our open-air, pedestrianised Village is home to more than 100 boutiques, a celebrated food and drink scene, and a team that refuses to stand still.</p> <p>The Head of Operations is hiring an Operations & Services Assistant Manager</p> <p><strong>The role</strong></p> <p>The Operations & Services Assistant Manager will support the Head of Operations & Services in maintaining the highest operational standards across the Village. The role will focus on supporting the delivery of Traffic Management, Security, Service Yard Operations, Health & Safety, Compliance, and Contractor Management, ensuring a safe, secure, compliant, and welcoming environment for guests, brands, employees, and contractors.</p> <p>The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Team and contracted service providers to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance across the Village.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> <em>Kildare Village </em></p> <h4><strong>Starting minimum salary</strong>: 40,000</h4> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <p>A few of the key responsibilities in this role:</p> <ul> <li>Traffic management & car parking</li> <li>Security operations</li> <li>Service yard management</li> <li>Health, safety & compliance</li> <li>Emergency planning & incident management </li> <li>Contractor & operational performance management</li> <li>Village compliance</li> <li>Events & peak trading support</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <p>We foster a culture of winning together, and we work hard to ensure everyone is supported to succeed.
