It is the central function that coordinates all internal and external communications activities for the company. The team in Asia ex-Japan consists of four functions: External Communications, Internal Communications, Branding & Marketing, and Social Impact. Role Description This role leads Internal Communications across the Asia ex-Japan region. You will advise senior leaders on how to communicate effectively with colleagues, shape the stories the firm tells internally, and strengthen the connection between employees and Nomura's strategy and culture. The position involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders across the region and with global Corporate Communications counterparts.
