Our commitment to innovation drives us to create safer, lighter vehicles that minimize energy consumption and reduce environmental impact.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong></span></p> <p>Responsible for the Inventory Program for both Plant 1 and Plant 2 to ensure accuracy.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></span></p> <p>1. Inventory Control Analyst will be responsible for ensuring all cycle counters are following procedures and protocols:<br>• Direct/create/analyze the ABC counts in SAP for all cycle counters<br>• Ensure all counts are correct in SAP<br>• Monitors INCI daily and determine root causes for any adjustments<br>• Performs physical inventories and monitors them daily<br>2. Document movement within SAP as appropriate in a timely manner<br>3. Monitor Production Declaration and captor and ensure labels are canceled as needed by appropriate parties<br>4. Maintain issues log of all inventory issues related to every department<br>5. Assist production with label issues<br>6. Analyze movement of parts and location per user<br>7. Incoming goods validation <br>8. Assist with receiving errors<br>9. Assist with adjustments with manager approval<br>10. Assist with annual physical inventory<br>11. Maintain a level of excellence with production closures<br>12. Assist in GSS and/or prod closures when needed<br>13. Ensure the daily entry of all scrap tickets are entered into SAP for proper scrapping by Gescrap<br>14. Check inventories for OBS parts that aren’t being processed properly in timely manner <br>15. Ensure daily scrap is not accumulating from production or quality<br>16. Responsible for any specialist projects set up by the manager or supervisor.<br>17. Must be a team player helping to accentuate a positive & productive environment within the department and with all other departments.<br>18. Perform other duties as assigned or needed </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:</strong></span></p> <p>• 2+ years in manufacturing environments<br>• 2+ years supporting SAP (MM, SD)<br>• SAP/ MRP manufacturing experience<br>• Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken)<br>• Ability to work independently with little supervision<br>• Strong problem-solving skills<br>• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, and captor<br>• Experience in automotive either tier 1 or tier 2<br>• Forklift certified</p></div></div></div>
