We are looking for: </p> <p> </p> <p>ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (m/f) JACK & JONES – Fashion City, Larisa, Full-time</p><p>The assistant store manager reports to the Store Manager and supports him/her in the effective management of the store, improving sales results, ensuring excellent customer service, and guaranteeing that the team fulfills its daily obligations in a positive environment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Areas of responsibility:</p> <ul> <li>Supporting daily, weekly, and monthly plans (including sales activities, floor layouts, training, orders, and promotional materials). Assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring implementation</li> <li>Co-managing work schedules ensuring fair shift rotations and adherence to deadlines</li> <li>Capable of monitoring and analyzing KPIs </li> <li>Monitoring employee performance and collaborating with employees for their development</li> <li>Engagement in conducting training to communicate the current status of seasonal and best-selling items</li> <li>Ensuring preparation and arrangement of clothes in the sales area</li> <li>Supporting the visual merchandising manager in maintaining store standards</li> <li>Handling requests for exchanges, returns, and complaints</li> <li>Ensuring the cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse</li> <li>Opening/closing the store and following the end-of-day procedure</li> <li>Supporting the team in daily business tasks</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Εxperience in a similar position</li> <li>Passion for fashion, trends, and sales</li> <li>Reliability, accuracy, and focus on problem-solving</li> <li>Ability to handle numbers</li> <li>Knowledge of the Greek language (written and spoken) is mandatory</li> <li>Knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) is highly needed</li> <li>Very good knowledge of MS Office</li> <li>Organizational talent and strong communication skills</li> <li>Willingness to learn and openness to new ideas</li> <li>Empathy, initiative, and a positive attitude</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Our offer:</p> <ul> <li>We work with the philosophy of "freedom with responsibility," which means that those who want to take responsibility are encouraged</li> <li>Long-term and attractive perspective in a financially strong and developing company</li> <li>Very dynamic team spirit with a lot of motivation</li> <li>Many opportunities for learning and development</li> </ul><p> </p> <p>We are looking forward to your application!
