<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>The Role</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0px">This position will be responsible for leasing of the properties within the Company’s assigned portfolio.</span></span></p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s assigned portfolio.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.</span></span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Candidates who have relevant experience in the same industry will have an added advantage.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:white">#LI-HYBRID</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px;background-color:white;color:white"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">#LI-Y</span></span></p></div></div></div>
