<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>The Role</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">This position will be responsible for assigned portfolio in the Finance Department for Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT).</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure timely month end closing, intercompany reconciliation and preparation of monthly management reporting.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support monthly/ quarterly management reporting and work with internal asset management team on analysing monthly/ quarterly/ year-to-date financial performance.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure timely preparation of full set of financial statements for group reporting and statutory audit, and manage the audit process, including liaising with auditors.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Handle tax matters, including preparation of tax computations, working closely with tax consultants on tax computation/ filing submissions, and liasing with consultants and/or authorities on queries.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Key driver for implementation of group policies, processes and systems.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support any other ad-hoc projects as required.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy from a recognised university, or its equivalent.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">At least 5 to 6 years of relevant and / or auditing experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Well-versed in Local GAAP and IFRS.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience in SAP and Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and Tagetik would be highly advantageous.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Candidates with prior experience in REIT reporting will have an added advantage.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience in real estate or financial services industry is a clear advantage.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Hands on finance operations experience, good accounting knowledge, responsible, assertive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Frequent liaison with various parties such as inter-department teams, property accountants and auditors; hence good verbal and written communication skills are required.</span></li> </ul> <p style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:white;color:white">#LI-Hybrid</span></p></div></div></div>
