style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Oversee full spectrum of group consolidation and management report functions, in accordance with the statutory requirements as well as company policies and procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">In charge of timely and accurate preparation and analysis of the group financial and management reports, quarterly reports to the shareholder, liaising with external auditors for year-end closing.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Liaising with internal auditors, tax auditors, tax consultants on monthly / quarterly / half yearly / yearly basis.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Coordination with finance colleagues on various financial and accounting matters, compliance matters, reporting matters, secretarial matters, others.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Coordination and working on investors related reporting at Group level, entity level with Asset Team, Finance Team and others on day to day basis.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Overseeing financial matters on new projects as and when required.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Coordination with respective internal team members, finance colleagues and working on financial and accounting matters of projects including taxation matters, banking, auditing including internal auditing and compliances.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Key driver for implementation of group policies, processes and systems.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Assist in ad-hoc projects relating to system roll-out, process style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or Chartered Accountancy or its equivalent.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">At least 8 to 12 years of relevant accounting experiences and /or audit experiences with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Well-versed in Local GAAP / IFRS.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience in SAP and Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and Tagetik would be highly advantageous.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience in real estate or financial services industry is a clear advantage.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Hands on with finance operations experience, good accounting knowledge, responsible, assertive, and experienced in managing people and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Good verbal and written communication skills, responsible, meticulous, good team payer and able to work
