<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>The Role</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0px">This position will be responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Payable function in the Finance department.</span></span></p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0px">Responsible for reviewing and involved in the full spectrum of the accounts payable ('AP') functions for portfolio of properties.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0px">Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including statistical reports to government agencies.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0px">Prepare variance analysis and be involved in annual budgeting and forecasting.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0px">Liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audits and tax filing/compliance.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0px">Assist in ad-hoc operational projects, including conducting credit review for selection of vendors, testing of SAP system etc., as and when required.</span></span></li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0px">Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0px">Minimum of 5 to 8 years relevant accounting experinces, preferably in AP, supporting regional or global environment.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0px">Good knowledge of FRS and Companies Act.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0px">Proficient in MS Excel.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0px">Experience with SAP system and/or real estate knowledge would be advantageous.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0px">Mature, responsible, meticulous, good team player and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0px">Candidates from the Big 4 audit firms are welcome to apply.</span></span></li> </ul></div></div></div>
