This role ensures systems are designed, implemented, maintained and tested in accordance with IEC 61511/ IS84 / industry standards and internal company requirements. The position serves as the site’s subject matter expert for functional safety and works closely with Process Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Process Control teams to reduce risk and ensure safe, reliable plant operations. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, solid background of self-direction, work prioritization, and will be able to gain support from Operations, Maintenance, Process and Project Engineering personnel.
