You will join a team where we work closely together, share knowledge, and solve technical challenges through collaboration, including face-to-face interaction as an important part of our everyday way of working.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Developing embedded software for high-end microcontrollers, often ARM-based.</li> <li>Writing software in C and C++.</li> <li>Supporting development and integration in an automotive-grade multitasking RTOS environment.</li> <li>Preparing requirement specifications for in-house and/or outsourced development.</li> <li>Working closely with software architects and peer teams.</li> <li>Collaborating with hardware engineers to troubleshoot and optimize new hardware designs.</li> <li>Contributing to the integration of software components in complex embedded architectures.</li> <li>Sharing knowledge, learning from colleagues, and contributing to continuous improvement in the team.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What We're Looking For</b></H2> </div><div><p>We are looking for a motivated engineer with a relevant technical background and a strong interest in embedded software development.</p> <p>You may be newly graduated, have a few years of experience, or already bring solid embedded software experience. Most importantly, you are curious, collaborative, and motivated to grow.</p> <p>We imagine that you have:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>A degree in Engineering, such as Electronics, Automation, Telecommunications, Software, or a related field.</li> <li>Experience with C and/or C++.</li> <li>Familiarity with version control tools, preferably Git.</li> <li>Knowledge of, or interest in, RTOS concepts and multitasking systems.</li> <li>Experience with, or interest in, industrial communication protocols such as TCP/IP, CANbus, or Modbus.</li> <li>Experience with, or interest in, IoT architecture and communication protocols.</li> <li>Ability or willingness to work with hardware schematics and layouts.</li> <li>Good English skills, both written and spoken.</li> </ul> <p>Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, RTOS, communication protocols, or hardware-related software development is an advantage, but we also welcome candidates who are still developing their expertise in these areas.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Ready to Make a Difference?</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt">If this role excites you, we’d love to hear from you!
