<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>The Impact You'll Make</b></H2> </div><div><p>基于客户与市场需求，主导 HVAC 阀门产品全流程开发（含技术规格制定、概念设计至技术验证）、定制化优化与技术降本，负责结构设计、工艺落地、质量问题解决及跨部门技术支持，持续提升产品竞争力与市场适配性。</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><p>1. 负责 HVAC 系统水阀、平衡阀、电动调节阀等阀门产品机械结构设计、3D 建模、工程图纸输出及 BOM 编制，适配暖通工况需求。<br>2. 基于客户与市场需求，制定产品技术规格，牵头完成从产品概念定义、方案设计、结构开发到技术验证的全流程开发工作。<br>3. 主导产品定制化开发：根据客户需求优化产品结构、适配特殊工况，输出定制化设计方案与技术文件。<br>4. 推进技术降本工作：通过结构优化、零件通用化、工艺改进、材料替代等方式，降低产品研发与生产成本。<br>5. 开展产品迭代优化：基于市场反馈、竞品对标，持续优化阀门密封、承压、控制、寿命等核心性能，提升产品竞争力。<br>6. 解决技术质量问题：参与处理量产过程中的质量改进，以及售后技术投诉，输出整改方案并落地验证。<br>7. 支持工艺团队完成阀门加工与装配工艺的制定，协同生产部门解决量产落地难题，保障产品一致性。<br>8. 遵循行业国标 / 国际标准，编制技术规格书、选型手册，提供跨部门技术支持。</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What We're Looking For</b></H2> </div><div><p>1.本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、过程装备与控制工程、流体机械、暖通工程等机械 / 暖通相关专业，具备英语工作语言能力（可独立阅读技术文档、对接英文需求）。<br>2.拥有 3-5 年 HVAC 阀门、暖通设备或通用机械领域产品设计 / 研发经验，熟悉暖通空调水系统阀门（水阀、平衡阀、电动调节阀等）的设计原理、制造流程与行业国标 / 国际标准者优先。<br>3.熟练使用 Creo、SolidWorks 等 3D 建模软件及 AutoCAD 绘图工具，可独立完成阀门结构建模、2D 工程图绘制、BOM 清单编制与优化。<br>4.扎实掌握机械结构设计原理、公差配合、材料力学、流体力学基础，具备阀门密封、承压、抗疲劳等核心性能设计与优化能力。<br>5.熟悉碳钢、不锈钢、合金材料、工程塑料、密封橡胶、有色金属（如铜及铜合金）等阀门常用材料的理化特性、加工工艺（铸造 / 锻造、机加工）与选型逻辑，可依据暖通工况精准完成材料匹配。<br>6.熟练操作 oneERP、SAP 或同类企业管理系统，能独立完成 BOM 录入、物料查询、变更管理等供应链相关操作，保障研发与生产衔接。<br>7.具备良好的跨部门协同与沟通协调能力，可高效对接采购、生产、质量、销售等团队及供应商，推动项目节点闭环与问题解决。<br>目标导向强，能适应多项目并行工作节奏，具备清晰的优先级规划能力与风险管控意识，保障核心任务按时高质量交付。</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You'll Get from Us</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt"> </span></p> <ol> <li><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt">We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt">You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
