Now, we’re inviting ambitious graduates to join our newly started Graduate Program within the Product & Tech organisation and help shape how those stories are experienced.
About the Graduate Program Real projects with real impact: Work on live products, features, and technical challenges that directly enhance the Storytel user experience.
Rotations across teams: Gain hands-on experience through structured rotations across engineering, helping you develop a broad understanding of how we bring our stories to life.
Guided learning journey: Follow a structured development plan designed to help you strengthen both your technical and soft skills.
Mentorship & coaching: Learn from experienced professionals across Product & Tech, with regular feedback and career guidance.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with engineers, designers, data scientists, and product managers on high-impact initiatives.
Community & connection: Join a global network of Storytellers who value curiosity, inclusion, and creativity.
About YouWe’re seeking curious, driven, and collaborative graduates who are ready to grow with us.
Candidates must have completed, or will have completed by the program start date, a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant technical field, e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or similar, and may have zero to two years of post-academic work experience.
You’re passionate about technology and storytelling, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. Strong English communication skills are required; Swedish is a plus.
