<p>As a Process Engineer, you will optimize chemical processes within FCB/TFX with a focus on safe, efficient, and right-first-time production. Optimizing existing processes</strong></p> <p>· Improving process performance through strict monitoring of process parameters (trending, analysis, statistics, and reporting) and implementing cost-reducing optimizations</p> <p>· Performing technical optimizations during process monitoring</p> <p>· Tracking deviations, including organizing and conducting root cause analyses, updating documentation, and supporting CAPA implementation</p> <p>· Conducting feasibility studies, impact analyses, and documentation for process changes</p> <p><strong>2. Supporting the introduction of new processes</strong></p> <p>· Organizing the technology transfer to production</p> <p>· Organizing and participating in risk analyses, such as process safety and environmental risk assessments</p> <p>· Reviewing Master Batch Records (MBR) and, where applicable, process validations and homogeneity studies</p> <p>· Assisting customers during process witnessing in production</p> <p>· Analyzing and reviewing production campaigns and associated data</p> <p><strong>3. Process Expertise</strong></p> <p>· Building in-depth knowledge of FCB/TFX processes and equipment</p> <p>· Staying up to date with state-of-the-art technologies within FCB/TFX</p> <p><strong>4. Collaboration and Execution</strong></p> <p>· Building and maintaining strong collaboration with internal stakeholders</p> <p>· Ensuring efficient team interaction and project progress</p> <p>· You will primarily work at the Balen site, with occasional short trips to Mont-Saint-Guibert (TFX R&D), Valencia/Montaverner (Agro), and Wetteren (LIZ project or new ASSO processes) as part of collaborations or projects.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Profile</strong></p> <p>· Master’s degree in Chemistry, (Bio)Engineering, or equivalent</p> <p>· Strong interest in and knowledge of industrial chemical processes, risk analysis, and process validation</p> <p>· Analytical and solution-oriented, with a proactive and results-driven “first time right” mindset</p> <p>· Fluent in Dutch and English</p> <p>· A team player who collaborates effectively with various stakeholders. Experience leading project meetings is a plus.</p> <p>· Well-organized, strong at planning, and able to perform under pressure</p>
