<p style="text-align:center"> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong> Eskisehir 2</strong> </p> <p style="text-align:center"> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">W<span style="font-size:12.0pt">e are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented <strong>Head of Financial Reporting</strong> to lead the end-to-end financial controllership, including statutory reporting, IFRS reporting, tax compliance, and cash management.</span></span></p><p style="text-align:center"> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Your responsibilities wi</strong></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>ll include:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring strict adherence to reporting timeline and accuracy</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Manage GL structure, chart of accounts governance, and accounting policies </span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Lead all direct and indirect tax processes (corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing, VAT refund)</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and manage tax audits</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Oversee cash flow planning, liquidity management, and working capital optimization</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Manage banking relationships</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Collaborate closely with FP&A, consolidation, operations, sales, procurement and external & internal auditors</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Drive continuous improvement initiatives in finance processes and systems (e.g. S/4 Hana)</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Improve efficiency and accuracy through automation, standardization, and process redesign</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) are a strong plus</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Big four audit background is strong advantage</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance & accounting in multi-national companies, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong knowledge of IFRS, TFRS, Local GAAP and Turkish tax regulations</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Advanced knowledge of S/4 Hana and Oracle Hyperion</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Fluent/Proficient in English and Turkish</span></li> </ul> <p style="font-size:12.0pt"> </p> <p><strong>Why should you work for RHI Magnesita?</strong></p> <p>You will perform in a customer focused environment.
