The position provides the opportunity to apply existing technical aptitude while learning plastic injection molding equipment and high‑volume manufacturing processes.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Why You'll Succeed Here</H2> </div><div><p>• You enjoy hands‑on troubleshooting and problem solving in a production environment</p> <p>• You have mechanical and electrical aptitude and like figuring out how equipment works</p> <p>• You can adapt quickly and handle changing priorities during a busy shift</p> <p>• You prefer working independently while supporting a team</p> <p>• You are interested in learning industrial manufacturing equipment and advancing your technical skills</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><p>• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment</p> <p>• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues</p> <p>• Support production by responding to machine alarms and downtime events</p> <p>• Maintain auxiliary equipment including dryers, chillers, robots, conveyors, and material handling systems</p> <p>• Monitor and maintain plant water and cooling systems</p> <p>• Complete accurate maintenance documentation and shift handover communication</p> <p>• Support continuous improvement and cost‑savings initiatives</p> <p>• Follow all safety, environmental, and PPE requirements</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Qualifications</H2> </div><div><p>• High School Diploma or GED required; trade school or technical training preferred</p> <p>• One (1) to two (2) years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or related technical setting required</p> <p>• Experience in automotive repair, fleet or trucking maintenance, or industrial equipment repair strongly encouraged</p> <p>• Forklift certification or ability to obtain</p> <p>Basic understanding of industrial, automotive, or mechanical equipment maintenance</p> <p>• Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic aptitude with the ability to learn and apply skills on the job</p> <p>• Exposure to hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred</p> <p>• Ability to read basic blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation</p> <p>• Ability to work independently on 2nd shift with minimal supervision</p> <p>• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and think on your feet</p> <p>• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work at heights as required</p></div></div></div>
