<p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and provide support for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance.</li> <li>Ensure proper implementation, documentation control, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Plan and conduct internal quality audits to assess compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and operational procedures.</li> <li>Support and facilitate external audits by certification bodies, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.</li> <li>Monitor and ensure timely resolution of non-conformities and observations by respective stakeholders.</li> <li>Organize, facilitate and prepare presentation for Management Review meetings and continuous improvement program.</li> <li>Manage document control processes, including storage, versioning, and accessibility in shared drives and intranet systems.</li> <li>Provide administrative and coordination support to the QMS team, including documentation, records management, and scheduling</li> <li>Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators, audit findings, and improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Contribute to the development and enhancement of Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives.</li> <li>All other ad-hoc duties as informed by Management.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Job Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Degree/Diploma in engineering, quality management or equivalent field.</li> <li>At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in Quality, IMS, or related functions.</li> <li>Knowledge on manufacturing processes and strong technical competence will be an advantage.</li> <li>Certified Internal Auditor for ISO standards.</li> <li>Experience in audit management and corrective action processes.</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AI applications.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p>
