This role is ideal for a <strong>trailblazer</strong> who brings deep expertise across <strong>Workday functional modules and integrations</strong>, thrives in <strong>pre-sales engagements</strong>, and inspires high-performing delivery teams.</p> <p>As a trusted architect and senior advisor, you will own solution direction, influence roadmap decisions, lead pre-sales pursuits, and ensure the delivery of scalable, future-ready Workday solutions aligned with business outcomes.</p> <div align="center"><hr align="center" size="1" width="100%"></div> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Act as the <strong>overall Workday solution owner</strong>, defining end-to-end architecture across functional modules, integrations, security, reporting, and data strategy.</li> <li>Lead <strong>pre-sales activities</strong> including solution design, RFP/RFI responses, effort estimations, client presentations, and executive-level workshops.</li> <li>Partner with sales and leadership teams to shape winning Workday proposals and drive deal conversions.</li> <li>Design and govern complex <strong>Workday integration architectures</strong> leveraging EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and middleware platforms.</li> <li>Provide<strong> architectural oversight</strong> for multiple Workday functional areas such as HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll, Financials, or Adaptive Planning.</li> <li>Lead or support Workday <strong>module implementations</strong>, configurations, and optimizations.</li> <li>Serve as a <strong>trusted advisor</strong> to client leadership, guiding best practices, roadmap planning, and post‑go‑live optimization strategies.</li> <li><strong>Lead and mentor</strong> functional and technical consultants, fostering strong team culture, capability building, and delivery excellence.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to Workday standards, release management discipline, security best practices, and scalable design principles.</li> <li>Review solution designs, oversee complex issue resolution, and support critical escalations during implementation and AMS phases.</li> </ul> <div align="center"><hr align="center" size="1" width="100%"></div> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>10+ years of hands-on Workday experience</strong>, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale, multi-module implementations and programs.</li> <li>Deep expertise across <strong>Workday integrations and core functional modules</strong>, with strong understanding of cross-module impacts.</li> <li>Proven experience in a <strong>Solution Architect, Principal Consultant, or Lead Architect</strong> role for enterprise Workday programs.</li> <li>Strong pre-sales credentials, including client-facing <strong>implementation and solutioning</strong> experience, proposal leadership, and executive-level communication.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, Business Process Framework, security model, reporting, and data structures.</li> <li>Ability to connect business strategy to system design, balancing functional needs with technical scalability.</li> <li>Exceptional <strong>communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills</strong>, including C‑suite interactions.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in <strong>team building, mentoring, and leading global delivery teams</strong> across geographies.</li> </ul> <div align="center"><hr align="center" size="1" width="100%"></div> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>Workday certifications</strong> (HCM, Integration, Financials, Studio, or other advanced certifications) — <strong>highly preferred</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, Payroll integrations, and third‑party ecosystem tools</strong>.</li> <li>Background in managing or contributing to <strong>Centers of Excellence (CoE)</strong> or Workday practices.</li> <li>Experience in AMS, optimization, and continuous improvement engagements.</li> <li>Exposure to Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models in large enterprise environments.</li> </ul> <p> </p><p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">At YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
