This role will assist Business Analysts and Business Partners in troubleshooting issues, working with the LoanIQ Vendor, Finastra, to resolve issues with the software, and handle all software upgrades or installations required. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Provide technical support and troubleshoot LoanIQ issues</li> <li>Partner with LoanIQ Business Analysts to provide solutions as requested by Business Partners</li> <li>Complete any necessary upgrades or installations of LoanIQ software</li> <li>Resolve security vulnerabilities as identified</li> <li>Work in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment with a diverse team across multiple areas of the IT department and our Business.</li> <li>Participate in preparing technical and procedural documentation required in application system development.</li> <li>Execute solutions for programming system operations, including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs. </li> </ul> Degree Requirement <ul> <li>Degree or equivalent experience desired </li> </ul> Skill Descriptors Technologies: Experienced in working with LoanIQ or similar accounting systems, SQL/PL-SQL, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers.
