Our purpose is anchored in a single truth – bringing real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world and it drives us beyond generational gaps and disruptions of the future.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><b><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">We are looking forward to hire Data Bricks Professionals in the following areas :</span></b></p> <p> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Experience</H2> </div><div><p>10+ Years</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</H2> </div><div><p>Tech Stack: Azure Databricks, Data modelling, PySpark, SQL</p> <p>Mandatory Domin Expertise: Next Gen, Sales squad</p> <p>Skills:<br>•TOGAF Certified or equivalent<br>•Deep understanding of the Data architecture discipline, processes, concepts and analytics best practices<br>•Data Solutions Design, Data Integration<br>•Data Governance, Security, Privacy and Compliance requirements for an enterprise<br>•Data Dictionary and Cataloguing<br>•Data Lake, Datawarehouse, Lakehouse Design, SQL expertise, Data Ingestion techniques<br>•Possess strong knowledge of industry best practices around modern data architecture in Cloud and Big Data environments<br>•Solutions Modeling, Data Modeling – Logical & Physical<br>•Analytical, Structured thinker, Effective Leadership and Communication<br>•Background in ERP, Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain is preferable<br>•Azure, Databricks, On prem solutions ( MS BI Suite ) preferable.</p> <p>Roles and Responsibilities<br>•Create AEI's Data Architecture vision covering all Data & Analytics components, enterprise-wide baseline and target data architectures.<br>•Support in Data & Analytics solutions and product development as Data architect in terms of Data architecture, standards, best practices, assets and frameworks<br>•Responsible for the design and implementation of AEI’s enterprise data architecture, ensuring current and future business data and analytical needs.<br>•Be the custodian of enterprise-wide data lineage from source to target and able to deep dive vertically when required.<br>•Develop holistic roadmap of Data architecture change initiatives across AEI, lead from the front to consolidate data requirements across different initiatives<br>•Mentor and provide technical oversight to Data Solution Architects, Data Engineers in creating data products to Business adhering to the data architecture and governance standards<br>•Key stakeholder and advisor in all new strategic data and analytics initiatives and ensure alignment to the enterprise data strategy<br>•To drive consistent data standards and approaches, building an environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation<br>•Responsible for the definition and development of data architecture principles, guidelines, data services, analytical tools, standards, and frameworks required to support AEI Data architecture<br>•Define Data migration strategy and device the implementation approach<br>•Provide Data Architecture expertise for Projects Delivery, working with Product Mangers and solution architects<br>•Work with Enterprise Application teams, stakeholders and Partners to understand target data architecture delivery dependencies and align delivery timelines<br>•Lead the data solution design efforts and synergize with Data Governance processes<br>•Creating templates for data architecture deliverables and artifacts for Projects and supporting data solution architects to complete<br>•Evaluate new trends , architect, and deploy new tools, frameworks, and patterns to build sustainable Big Data and Cloud platforms<br>•Accountable for defining key indicators of the performance of the Data Architecture<br>•Accountable for assuring the alignment of data architecture to the target by decision and coordination among cross projects and enterprise<br>•As Enterprise Data Architect, the candidate need the own the following (not limited to) deliverables<br>• AEI’s Baseline and Target state Data architecture<br>• Catalogue of data sources and systems<br>• Data Architecture Artifacts and Design documents<br>• Data Lineage through Systems</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Certifications</H2> </div><div></div></div></div><p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">At YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
