The expert will ensure robust planning processes, seamless integration with ERP systems, and advanced scenario simulations to support business decision-making.</p> <hr> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>IBP Model Configuration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and configure <strong>planning areas</strong>, <strong>key figures</strong>, <strong>attributes</strong>, and <strong>planning levels</strong>.</li> <li>Configure planning operators (heuristics, optimizer, supply propagation, and deployment).</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Demand Planning</strong></p> <ul> <li>Implement statistical forecasting models and consensus planning processes.</li> <li>Configure all demand planning functionalities and forecast accuracy KPIs.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Supply Planning</strong></p> <ul> <li>Configure supply planning heuristics and optimizer for multi-echelon networks.</li> <li>Support S&OP cycle with integrated demand-supply balancing.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Integration & Data Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure seamless integration between IBP and S/4HANA/ECC using CPI/RTI.</li> <li>Manage master data and transactional data flows for planning models.</li> <li>Validate data consistency and troubleshoot integration issues.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Simulation & Analytics</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain simulation models for what-if analysis and scenario planning.</li> <li>Provide insights and recommendations based on scenario outcomes.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct workshops with business teams to gather requirements.</li> <li>Train end-users on IBP functionalities and best practices.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Required Skills & Experience:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience in <strong>SAP IBP Demand & Supply Planning</strong>.</li> <li>Understanding of <strong>CIDS model configuration</strong></li> <li>IBP planning area design and other Model Config</li> <li>Expertise in Key Figure calculations.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>planning operators</strong>, <strong>optimizer</strong>, and <strong>heuristics</strong>.</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>SAP IBP certification.</li> <li>2-5 years Experience in <strong>IBP Demand , S&OP and CIDS</strong></li> <li>SAP APO experience is add on.</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>Inventory Optimization</strong> and <strong>Response Planning</strong>.</li> </ul><p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">At YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
