The candidate will lead a team of developers, work closely with stakeholders, and ensure best practices in SharePoint Online and SPFx (SharePoint Framework) development.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><br>Lead end-to-end implementation of SharePoint Online and SPFx solutions<br>Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures<br>Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices<br>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members<br>Develop custom web parts, extensions, and solutions using SPFx<br>Build solutions using:<br>React / TypeScript / JavaScript<br>REST APIs / Microsoft Graph API<br>Customize SharePoint Online sites (modern experiences)<br>Implement reusable components and frameworks<br>Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)<br>Microsoft Teams<br>Azure services<br>Gather and analyze business requirements<br>Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards<br>Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization<br>Maintain documentation for solutions and processes</p> <p><br>Required Skills:</p> <p>Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (Modern Sites)<br>Expertise in SPFx (SharePoint Framework) development<br>TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3<br>React (preferred)<br>Experience with Microsoft Graph API & REST APIs<br>Microsoft Ecosystem<br>Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)<br>Microsoft Teams integration<br>Azure services (Functions, AD, Logic Apps)</p> <p>Tooling & DevOps</p> <p>Git / Azure DevOps<br>CI/CD pipelines<br>Packaging and deployment of SPFx solutions</p> <p><br>Leadership & Soft Skills</p> <p>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills<br>Excellent communication and stakeholder management<br>Ability to lead teams and manage deliverables<br>Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies</p> <p><br>Good to Have</p> <p>Certifications in Microsoft 365 / SharePoint</p> <p><br>Educational Qualification</p> <p>Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field</p><p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">At YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
